What You Will Do:
- Manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. Organize schedules, handle multiple priorities, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

- Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment. Use basic knowledge to ensure office technology functions smoothly, addressing minor issues as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- 2 years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in other administrative positions.
- 2 years of experience with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- 2 years of experience with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and office equipment (fax, copier, etc.).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with bookkeeping or basic financial tasks. Familiarity with handling budgets, invoices, and financial records is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools. Experience using software like Trello or Asana to organize tasks and streamline workflows.
- Knowledge of HR-related responsibilities. Understanding of onboarding processes, managing employee records, or administering benefits is highly desirable.
- A strong work ethic and professional demeanor. Reliability, responsibility, and a commitment to excellence are key to success in this role.
- A positive attitude and proactive problem-solving skills. Bring energy and initiative to every challenge, and strive for efficient solutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability. Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and take charge when opportunities or challenges arise.

The salary range for this role is 44,000 USD - 102,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
