This position employees a highly creative and versatile Digital and Graphic Content Specialist to lead the creation, localization, and production of engaging visual content across digital and print media for the AHA affiliate region. The position blends graphic design expertise with strong project management skills and the ability to quickly learn new content authoring tools. On this position you will thrive in a multicultural environment, ensuring brand consistency while delivering compelling materials for diverse audiences.
- Manage the full cycle of graphic content creation and localization for both promotional and non-promotional activities across all AHA countries(Slovenia, Croatia and Hungary).
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for Brand Teams in print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, digital sales aids, emails, agendas, invitations, presentations, and conference branding materials.
- Create digital assets such as banners, web pages, and visual elements for campaigns, as well as engaging video content (social media clips, explainers, event recaps).
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Medical, and cross-functional teams—including international stakeholders—to align creative concepts with strategic objectives.
- Manage relationships with external partners (agencies, vendors, printers) to ensure smooth content delivery from briefing through to final approval.
- Maintain the AHA Content Demand Plan in collaboration with Brand Teams, based on Customer Experience Flows.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for visual/graphic content in the AHA markets.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all content and materials.
- Provide technical support on visual content tools and systems when required.
- Work on multiple briefs simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Demonstrate willingness and proactivity in learning and mastering internal content authoring tools and systems.
- Work with materials prepared in three different languages without requiring fluency, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards in all versions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital output.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital content tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Veeva and CMS platforms like Adobe AEM is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of marketing, corporate identity, web design, and multimedia production principles.
- Strong eye for visual composition, attention to detail, and a creative mindset.
- Effective time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Curiosity and adaptability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and workflows.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across diverse teams.
