Skills and Competencies

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Power Platform RPA Center of Excellence
  • Proven development and administration experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate RPA, Power BI, AI Builder and Co-Pilot Studio
  • Strong familiarity with systems automation principles with hands-on experience with scripting technologies (Python, VBA, Perl, PowerShell, VBS, etc.)
  • Experience with Azure services, platform administration, Graph API, or custom connectors.
  • Manage Audit and SOX lifecycle, including scoping, documentation, tests of design and effectiveness and it’s reporting. Ability to design, develop, secure, and troubleshoot Power Platform Solutions.
  • Experience troubleshooting network, firewall, and active directory issue
  • Proficient in creating PowerShell scripts for repetitive tasks, new installations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL - 500 and PL-600 (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.


Education

  • University bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

Execute Enterprise-wide Robotics Process Automation strategy, governance, and it’s execution.

  • Implement Robotics Process Automation Vision, Framework, standards and policies.
  • Provide Administration and Operational Support to cross-functional developers, business analysts and end users for various Microsoft Power Platform solutions like Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Design, Build, implement and Support Agentic Solution/ RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems to Enable RPA Center Of Excellence as Services
  • Develop and maintain a library of Common and reusable automation components that requires across platform
  • Integration experience with Third Party SaaS Applications like Workwise, IBM Open pages, SharePoint, Teams, ServiceNow, Atlassian and Azure Cognitive Services.
  • Establish Unified Templates and best practices for Automation In-take/ Production Readiness and Retirement
  • Define and Monitor Bot performance, Operational Health checks and Analytics
  • Maintain Power Platform Environments, Configurations, Integrations and Deployments
  • Development of Dashboards/reports in Power BI
  • Responsible for triaging and escalating any issue affecting Production outages per procedures.
  • Complete understanding of the standard policy, ownership and implementation of the Event, Incident, Request, Problem and Knowledge Management disciplines for Power platforms.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, Triage and Knowledge articles.

Annual base salary gross: €53,300.00 to €85,300.00. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
