Skills and Competencies

  • 0-3 years in management consulting, business analysis, process ownership, product ownership, law, or related fields.
  • Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects, is essential. This also involves the ability to balance multiple, competing priorities.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with an attention to detail, especially in managing documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures, training materials, and communication artefacts. Detail-oriented with proficiency in tracking and reporting performance metrics.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for interacting comfortably with different levels of management and stakeholders, articulating issues clearly, and resolving requests/inquiries effectively.
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Competence at using project management tools like JIRA. 
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree required; degrees in law, finance, accounting, engineering, math, or business are a plus.
  • Any process transformation, project management, business analysis qualifications desirable. 

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute key business processes and controls for Commercial Contracting.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including guides, maps, and training materials.
  • Coordinate end-to-end process activities and collaborate with process owners.
  • Lead projects focused on business transformation, compliance, and change management.
  • Develop and report performance metrics; analyze data using tools like Power BI.
  • Design and monitor governance controls, ensuring compliance and managing remediation.
  • Build and deliver presentations to communicate process improvements and updates.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve inquiries across cross-functional teams.

About the Team

Our Commercial Operations team is seeking a Business Process Transformation Analyst that will play a key role in refining the Commercial contracting process. The Analyst will focus on improving how agreements are managed to ensure they align with our business goals. A keen understanding of the subtleties involved in contractual arrangements and regulatory compliance is essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to incorporate these elements into process improvements while effectively communicating changes and enhancements to a broad range of stakeholders.


  

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is ₡17,450,400.00 - ₡25,303,050.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moody’s also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
