About the Role
The post purchase team at Visa is looking for a hands-on and strategic Product Manager / Product Builder to lead the development of our data integration platform and own our Dispute Management product which is part of our post purchase solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data infrastructure, and AI-driven automation, and is critical to enabling scalable, reliable integrations across a diverse ecosystem of data sources. You will own high-impact product areas focused on post-purchase workflows, dispute lifecycle management, and integrations with external systems (issuers, acquirers, and partners). You will be able to work on both customers facing solutioning and articulate complex technical solutioning into simple and effective messaging.
You will define and execute the roadmap for how we ingest, normalize, and operationalize data—leveraging modern integration patterns and AI to improve speed, resilience, and intelligence.
This role requires someone who can think at the system level while also diving deep into execution details.
What You’ll Do:
Product Strategy & Ownership:
- Define the vision and roadmap for data integrations across multiple internal and external data sources (APIs, PSPs, third-party platforms, etc.)
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML to automate integration workflows, schema mapping, anomaly detection, and data quality improvements
- Balance long-term platform investments with near-term customer and business needs
Execution & Delivery
- Work closely with engineering to design and deliver scalable, resilient integration frameworks
- Drive end-to-end product development—from discovery and requirements to launch and iteration
- Define integration standards, contracts, and best practices (e.g., versioning, schema evolution, monitoring)
AI-Driven Innovation:
- Partner with data science / engineering to apply AI for:
- Intelligent data mapping and transformation
- Automated onboarding of new data sources
- Error detection and self-healing pipelines
- Bring a pragmatic approach to AI—focusing on real business impact, not hype
- Experience in a product builder role with hands on Claude coding will be a huge plus.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with distributed teams across engineering, data, operations, and go-to-market
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Act as the connective tissue between product, engineering, and business teams
Data & Metrics:
- Define success metrics for integrations (latency, reliability, coverage, cost, etc.)
- Use data to prioritize roadmap decisions and continuously improve system performance
- Build dashboards and insights to monitor integration health and usage
Why This Role Matters:
You’ll be building the foundation that enables the business to scale—turning fragmented data into a cohesive, intelligent system. Your work will directly impact speed of integration, quality of insights, and ability to innovate using AI.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
