Job Description

The Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing will support the enablement of our Consumer Strategy and resulting campaigns/activations through all stages of development - from creative concepting, to production/activation, to building the full go-to-market plan with all necessary Marketing stakeholder groups, including our external agency partners. This role will report to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing for North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the enablement of the Consumer Strategy and resulting campaigns and activations through all stages of development, from creative concepting to production and activation.
  • Build full go‑to‑market plans with all necessary Marketing stakeholder groups, including external agency partners.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across creative, media, social, product, and insights and analytics teams to bring integrated plans to life.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment to ensure integrated campaigns feel connected and not fragmented.
  • Track, manage, and reconcile marketing budgets, ensuring all programs and vendors stay within approved spend, identifying variances early, and enforcing process discipline to maintain accurate, on budget execution across all initiatives.
  • Lead day‑to‑day development of integrated marketing plans, ensuring effective Marketing‑Comms planning across teams and channels.
  • Oversee cross‑functional collaboration to ensure campaign workstreams, messaging, and creative remain aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Partner closely with agency teams to guide creative development, production workflows, and activation plans across multiple channels.
  • Maintain organized tracking across complex campaign workstreams, ensuring all inputs and considerations are connected throughout planning and execution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance integration, streamline processes, and strengthen the cohesion of consumer campaigns across the enterprise.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Background in marketing in financial services, tech, fintech, or payments
  • Experience supporting integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience leading cross‑functional workstreams or cross‑disciplinary campaign teams
  • Experience partnering with external creative and media agencies
  • Ability to connect creative, media, social, product, and analytics inputs into a cohesive integrated plan
  • Ability to manage complex Marketing‑Comms planning to ensure campaigns feel integrated and not fragmented
  • Experience utilizing reporting tools or campaign measurement approaches to guide optimization and performance insights
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on operational excellence while ensuring cross‑functional alignment
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong written and in‑person communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across regions, functions, and levels
  • Self‑starter who is proactive in asking questions and proposing solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 153,700.00 to 246,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
