Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android and Windows platforms
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online and integrated workloads
Experience with meeting room management platforms such as Teams Admin Center, Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal, Poly Lens and Neat Pulse
Experience supporting Voice services including Teams Phone, telephony integrations, conferencing and call flows
Strong understanding of SaaS-based monitoring and experience tools such as Nexthink
Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell preferred
Experience with meeting room and video conferencing hardware such as Neat, Poly, Crestron and Cisco preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate preferred
ITIL certification preferred
Responsibilities
This Systems Engineer – UCC (Meeting/Conference Rooms & Digital Workplace) will provide Tier 3 operational support for global UCC and Microsoft 365 collaboration services, ensuring reliability, performance and continuous improvement.
Provide Tier 3 operational and platform support for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android and Windows
Support and manage Microsoft 365 collaboration services including Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests related to unified communications and collaboration services
Participate in major incident and outage management by performing impact analysis and coordinating resolution activities
Manage escalations across support tiers, engineering teams and third-party vendors
Monitor and maintain health and performance of UCC, Voice and Digital Workplace environments
Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture and Project teams to integrate new Microsoft 365, UCC and SaaS tools
Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles and operational documentation
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to support teams
Implement and validate security, compliance and governance controls
Support meeting room deployments, migrations, upgrades and audits
Conduct operational reviews and audits to identify service gaps and opportunities for optimization
About the Team
Our Digital Workplace Services Operations team is responsible for delivering 24x7 global operational support for unified communications, meeting rooms and collaboration technologies.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $86,500.00-$125,500.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
