- Experience working in a legal privacy role for a global organization
- Experience researching evolving regulatory requirements
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat (including editing PDFs), and SharePoint (including setup and maintenance)
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with process automation, use of AI in business processes, and workflow tools such as JIRA (highly desirable)
- Experience with the OneTrust privacy compliance tool (desirable)
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
- Bachelor’s degree in a legal field preferred
- Conduct legal research to maintain and update internal global privacy, cyber, data breach, and AI law reference charts
- Maintain global compliance documentation, including Records of Processing Activities (ROPAs), personal data retention schedules, and data incident registers
- Manage the OneTrust privacy compliance tool for maintaining and updating ROPAs
- Prepare reporting and management information on legal compliance, including quarterly and annual statistics for privacy requests and data incidents
- Maintain and update the Global Privacy Team’s resources and content on Moody’s internal intranet and team SharePoint
- Use technology, including Agentic AI, to create efficiency in Privacy Team workflows—for example, automating logging and tracking of privacy review requests or data incidents
