Job Details
Citi's Internal Audit division provides independent assessments of the company's governance, risk management and internal control environment for key stakeholders including the Board of Directors, senior management, and Citi’s numerous regulators globally. Internal Audit is a change agent within Citi, aimed to enhance the control culture of the firm worldwide and thereby support senior management decision making around the globe.
Responsibilities:
- The Internal Audit Analyst Program is a two-year rotational leadership program, with two entry tracks;
- The Business Track- analysts will be placed in the following teams- Global Consumer Bank including Retail, Cards, Mortgage and Commercial Bank or Technology Track- analysts will be placed in team within Technology
- All Internal Audit analysts help to ensure that a sound control framework and environment is in place globally through the delivery of independent and timely assurance. In addition, the technology team managing the risks in Citi's technology environment, projects and select third parties and outsourced functions.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- NAM 3.3+/4.0
- Finance education or experience
- Innovative and creative individuals who are intellectually curious
- Possess strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
- Cooperation and focus in achieving group and client objectives
- Quick thinking and detail oriented
Education:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's/University Degree
