Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

• Design and produce print- and digital-ready graphics/layouts for marketing and mission products (e.g., brochures, banners, fact sheets, pamphlets, case studies, reports, and presentations).
• Create and maintain training materials by updating presentation decks and instructor guides to improve instructional clarity and learner engagement.
• Develop and publish reference handbook products by producing web/print-ready versions and coordinating updates for distribution across supported regions.
• Plan and deliver multimedia/video content by scripting/assembling, editing, and packaging videos and supporting assets for briefings, events, training, outreach, and engagement.
• Capture and prepare visual content for public affairs by photographing exercises/engagements, producing infographics, and performing image enhancement for newsletters, social media, and magazines.
• Manage content, standards, and archives by updating website pages, organizing source/final files for version control, and enforcing brand, accessibility, and appropriate-use requirements across all deliverables.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia arts, digital media, information technology, or related field. .
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 5 + years of experience as a multimedia design specialist producing a variety of digital and print products.
• 3 + years of experience in creating and presenting media in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

• Previous experience supporting public affairs/communications in government, humanitarian, or defense environments strongly perferred.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $171,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
