Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Guarantee Processing and Billing Support Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in billing and customer support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accurate processing of guarantees, and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the billing process for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing
- Process and verify guarantee claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues and guarantee processing, providing clear and effective communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve billing processes
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions in our billing system
- Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
Experience & Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field
- Experience with SWIFT massages will be an additional advantage
- Strong understanding of billing processes and guarantee management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
