We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Implementation lead specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites to join our dynamic team. As Product Owner you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on the implementation, customization, and optimization of AEM Sites for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that leverage the full potential of AEM Sites. This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects and help our clients achieve their digital marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end content transformation by scoping product and program strategy, business goals, innovative solutions and executing deliverables for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Define and develop a roadmap for the product in line with the product vision, both intermediate and longer-term business objectives.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into tailored AEM Sites solutions/product requirements.
- Partner with tech partners to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, tech requirements, and user stories.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of AEM Sites solutions within budget.
- Develop and implement training, processes, and change management strategies to achieve successful AEM user adoption.
- Deliver quantified project business case to clients and senior leadership, recommending AEM Sites functionality, benefits and considerations. Help define and execute third party contracts with Vendor Management team.
- Customize and extend CMS components, templates, and workflows, as well as integrate CMS with other systems and third-party applications.
- Work in close collaboration with Project Management Office to ensure all milestones, goals, and timelines are being tracked as necessary, included in strategic planning documents, and synthesized for senior level management.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in AEM technologies and provides thought leadership and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
- Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and DAM, including customization and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets and Adobe Target is a plus.
- Prior experience with Marketing Technology and Financial Services is preferred.
- Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication with ability to create influential messaging in PowerPoint format.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to remain flexible to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
- Independent and creative problem solving with high sense of curiosity and ownership.
- Structured storyteller with strong presence and communication skills - both interpersonal and written.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
