Responsible for overseeing the verification, billing, and collection of insurance and self-pay accounts for 1000+ providers within a multi-specialty, multi-payer environment. This position ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and accuracy across all revenue cycle processes.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, direct and monitor personnel functions within the designated area, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
  • Provide insightful financial and operational analysis, including data manipulation and reporting, on a monthly and as-needed basis
  • Supervise daily departmental activities, develop team members, and conduct random audits of staff assignments to ensure the highest level of productivity, quality and compliance
  • Deliver feedback and targeted training based on audit findings to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance revenue cycle performance and organizational profitability, including but not limited to the use of new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), payor API's and automation tools consistent with business needs and necessary to increase efficiency and productivity

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of medical billing experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory, Senior Representative or Level III Representative role involving management, delegation, and follow-up on work priorities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified coder
  • 6+ years of experience with 4+ years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Experience in a multi-specialty, multi-payer environment
  • Billing knowledge of EPIC software


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
