Job Description

PURPOSE STATEMENT

As a Senior Manager within the Market Access & Patient Services (MAPS) Insights group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and delivering insights for all U.S. Immunology Brands. You will independently lead complex analytics and market research initiatives, identify forward-looking payer opportunities, assess risk scenarios, and craft actionable recommendations that drive innovation and improve access for patients and providers. Your expertise will propel organizational learning and decision-making at the highest levels.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Analytics:

• Independently lead advanced analytics focused on utilization management, medical policy, pricing strategies, and competitive launches

• Apply cutting-edge analytics, modeling, data science, and visualization tools to uncover actionable business insights

• Develop and implement sophisticated contracting strategies based on deep quantitative analysis of specialty pharmacies, PBMs, GPOs, and health plans

Market Research:

• Design and execute comprehensive market research initiatives to assess market dynamics, payer opportunities, and patient/provider access barriers

• Interpret and synthesize qualitative and quantitative market research findings to inform business strategy

• Monitor competitive launches and evolving healthcare policies through expert market research techniques

Collaborative & Strategic Leadership:

• Present key analytics and market research insights to senior leadership; influence high-impact decision-making across business units

• Mentor and support junior team members in both analytics and market research skill development

• Foster a high-performing, innovative, and inclusive team environment


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Business, Analytics, Health Economics)

• Minimum 6+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare analytics, market access, or related roles

• Direct experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (payer, manufacturer, consulting, or vendor supporting pharma/healthcare clients)

• Proven expertise with one or more analytic tools: SQL, Python, R, Dataiku, etc. and data visualization/reporting tools e.g. Power BI

• Demonstrated ability to lead independent projects and deliver strategic, actionable insights in cross-functional, fast-paced environments

• Superior communication skills, with ability to distill and present complex findings to senior stakeholders

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, MPH, or relevant discipline)

• In-depth experience with U.S. market access strategy and payer landscape (e.g., value/contracting strategy, reimbursement, policy analytics, access barriers)

• Proven success with syndicated pharma data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, DRG, MMIT, etc.)

• Familiarity with advanced analytics (statistical modeling, machine learning, predictive analytics)
