During this 10-week internship, you'll gain hands-on experience at a leading health care company while exploring career paths in product management, business operations, or project management. You'll be placed on a team that matches your skills and interests, where you'll work on projects that support key business objectives. With guidance from a dedicated mentor and manager, you'll build relationships, contribute to innovation, and develop a growth mindset. Throughout the program, you'll participate in training designed to build foundational business skills and prepare you for future opportunities. Our internship is centered on putting people first and advancing our mission to help people live healthier lives and improve the health system for everyone.


This role will require you be in office 4 days a week and reside within a commutable distance of one of the following offices: Eden Prairie, MN, San Antonio, TX, and Boston, MA


A housing stipend will be provided for those who meet the eligibility requirements.

 

Program Details:  

  • Full-Time summer internship position working 40 standard business working hours
  • Program Dates: Monday-Friday from June 2nd, 2026 - August 7th, 2026
    • There will be no exception to any early or late date requests
    • No early end date requests
  • Program Locations: Boston, MA, San Antonio, TX, and Eden Prairie, MN  
    • A housing stipend will be provided for those who meet the eligibility requirements.
    • Team Alignment:  
      • Summer interns will receive information regarding placement process starting in late February 2026
      • Team assignment & projects will be finalized in Spring 2026
      • The program reserves the right to assign locations based on office space availability

Program Focus Areas:

  • Decision Support: Use analysis, market research, and performance reporting to inform strategic decisions
  • Product & Project Management: Support product lifecycle and project execution through structured planning and stakeholder engagement
  • Operational Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may vary depending on your placement within the internship program

  • Investigate market trends, customer needs, and operational challenges to support business objectives and strategic direction
  • Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain reporting tools, and communicate updates
  • Assist in planning and organizing project deliverables, timelines, and milestones
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports
  • Participate in process audits and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Gain exposure to design thinking methodologies and contribute to process mapping activities focused on innovation and operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Enrolled in an accredited college/university during the internship. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors
  • Relevant experience with business analysis or project/product management through student clubs, personal projects or other forms of employment
  • Ability to work the full-time standard business working hours during the duration of the internship
  • Ability to work from the San Antonio, TX., Boston, MA or Eden Prairie, MN office for Summer 2026
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completed a college-level course in business analysis or project/product management
  • Experience with project or product management tools (Jira, Trello, smartsheet, asana, monday)
  • Interest in healthcare innovation, business development and/or project management
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $18 to $32 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
