- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience working in an audit or compliance role.
- 10 years of experience in consulting and change management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications relevant to auditing, supplier management, internal audit, or third-party risk management (e.g., CIA, IIA, CA, CFE, CMA, CPA, CISA, CTPRP, C3PRMP, TPRA, etc.).
- Experience in an industry using on-permanent workers such as consultants, gig work, or contingent workforce.
- Ability to effectively interact across all levels, set objectives, drive results, influence, and work with a wide variety of departments.
- Ability to take initiative to address challenges and make continuous process improvements.
- Ability to work with teams cross-functionally and cross-regionally.

Our goal is the go-to trusted partner for all of Alphabet's extended workforce needs. The xWS Risk and Compliance team transforms compliance into an engaged advantage by equipping business partners with guidance and empowering execution within risk tolerances. The Risk and Compliance Monitoring team executes a trust but verifies philosophy by ensuring our supplier's controls work as intended through various monitoring activities.
- Establish and maintain a robust supplier compliance program, including policies, procedures, and guidelines for monitoring suppliers.
- Develop and execute a monitoring plan to track supplier compliance. Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify adherence to contractual/policy obligations and regulatory standards.
- Identify and address compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans with suppliers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supplier compliance program.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on supplier compliance status, key risks, and remediation efforts. Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding compliance requirements and expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders and suppliers on compliance-related matters and be subject matter expert on supplier compliance risks.
