This is a hands-on role for a former seller who understands how deals are actually won and is excited to apply that experience to shaping repeatable, AI-enabled selling practices across the Mid-Law segment.
This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, internal AI capability, and go-to-market enablement. You will act as both a builder and operator - designing workflows, governing usage, and helping roll new capabilities into the field.

Enable AI-Driven Selling Practices:
Design AI-supported workflows that help Sales Executives
Prepare for calls
Build account strategies
Develop value narratives
Anticipate objections
Position AI credibly with buyers
Create and refine prompts, frameworks, and AI usage patterns that directly improve win rates, deal velocity, and quality of deals
Develop prompt frameworks, usage standards, and recommended practices for AI-supported selling
Translate selling patterns into repeatable playbooks and workflows.
Ensure Prompt Governance & Standards:
Maintain a governed, versioned set of prompts and workflows for Mid-Law sales
Establish update cadences, contribution standards and quality controls for prompt libraries
Operate a review process to ensure accuracy, relevance and alignment with strategy
Curate best practices and retire ineffective AI strategies
Partner with Commercial Excellence & Sales Enablement:
Serve as the Mid-Law Sales Executive voice to the centralized Commercial Excellence team
Communicate field needs related to AI tools, sales workflows and usability issues
Provide feedback on tool configuration, feature usefulness, and workflow friction
Participate in pilots and phased rollouts of internal AI tools within the Mid-Law segment
Help ensure tools deployed actually improve selling effectiveness
Collaborate with Sales Enablement to validate training and onboarding materials for AI tools, pressure-test enablement against real selling situations, and identify recurring pain points in the sales process and surface AI-driven improvement opportunities
About You
You're a fit for the Manager, AI Sales Effectiveness if your background includes:
Prior experience as a quota-carrying Sales Executive (legal tech or professional services experience preferred)
Deep interest in AI-driven selling, including best practices in prompting, workflow design, and practical application in real sales environments
Working knowledge of modern sales AI tools and platforms (e.g., internal copilots and chat tools, conversation intelligence, etc.)
Staying current on emerging AI trends and sales technology; able to assess what is hype vs. what materially improves selling effectiveness
Systems thinker who understands how tools, data, and workflows should integrate across the sales motion
Comfort with advising leadership on AI roadmap priorities and use-case direction based on field reality
