- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience developing operational process solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
- 7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting Marketing, agency, production, social media, or adjacent industry.
- 7 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights
- Experience managing team budgets
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on large-scale creative projects (e.g., tentpole events, creative campaigns, etc.)
- Knowledge of Google Extended Workforce workflows and tools, (e.g., WorkForce Pro, Lantern, SmartTrack,Workspace, Buganizer, intermediate/advanced use of Sheets/Culverts).
- Ability to deploy creative workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Basecamp, etc.).
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and address commonly escalated issues or triage when required, in a timely manner.
- Ability to work cross-functionally between Marketing and Product teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Google Developer Studio (GDS) is an in-house creative team situated within the Marketing organization that creates content with the aim to educate, inform, and inspire Google's global developer audience. We manage dozens of social channels across social media platforms, YouTube, and more where we produce and post thousands of pieces of content every year.
We're also an integral partner in the production of Google I/O and I/O Connect as well as numerous other externally facing developer events and campaigns.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Manage team budget, financial tracking, and reporting.
- Deliver program plans and timelines, and track documents of moderate to high complexity and scope with minimal assistance.
- Develop and curate project, program, and portfolio management methodologies from best practices, processes, and tools.
- Plan and execute prioritized program work including selecting appropriate methods to achieve program objectives.
- Identify and recommend creative ways to improve on solutions to defined problems via selection of better methods/tools.
