The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

- LeadFull Product Lifecycle: Champion AI product efforts from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring each stage aligns with stakeholder needs and organizational objectives.
- DriveUser and Market Insights: Gather and synthesize UX and market data to uncover opportunities, set requirements, and translate insights into compelling product roadmaps and actionable plans.
- ExecuteProduct Launches: Define and manage go-to-market strategies, schedules, and scaling approaches to drive adoption and measurable business impact.
- BuildClient Partnerships: Nurture collaborative, trust-based relationships with clients, maximizing satisfaction and driving long-term value.
- Actas Agile Product Owner: Lead agile teams in sprint planning, backlog management, and user story creation-inspiring high performance and value delivery through platforms like Jira.
- DeliverIncremental Value: Guide teams in rapidly evolving priorities and iterative releases, ensuring robust, responsive AI software development.
- ShapeAI Product Roadmaps: Proactively manage cloud-based AI service portfolios, integrating emerging needs and trends to future-proof solutions.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- 10+ years' experience in product management, including market research, road mapping, client relations, and strategic product planning.
- 5+ years as a Product Manager/Product Owner in Agile software development, with proven expertise in backlog management, user story creation, and sprint execution (Jira or similar).
- 3+ years leading cloud-based AI product delivery, overseeing user research, roadmap execution, and enhancing AI model interpretability and usability.
- 1 + years of experience with AI engineering collaboration and governance, including defining model requirements, ensuring product-market fit, and applying ethical AI practices.
- Ability to work onsite at our client's site in Sacramento, CA.
- Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, information systems, or a closely related field.
- PMP Certification Preferred.
- Technical certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, CompTIA, and MS AZ-900 are preferred.
