Job DescriptionAs the Total Rewards Business Operations Lead, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of Total Rewards projects at ServiceNow. Acting as the program manager, you will standardize processes and oversee key initiatives, including the annual compensation review and open enrollment programs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring elite level execution within the Total Rewards team.
- Ensure the successful implementation of strategic projects for the Total Rewards team.
- Manage the operational cadence and track the delivery of key Total Rewards programs, such as the Annual Compensation Review and Open Enrollment.
- Develop project scopes and requirements, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects and annual processes are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Measure the performance of projects and annual processes using the appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and provide regular updates on key projects to senior leaders.
- Support total rewards leaders in developing key presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Reward Me Business Product Manager and technology team to form requirements for new products and enhancements.
- Engage in all product development activities, including planning, requirements refinement, tradeoff decisions, test plan development, and defining success criteria.
- Champion the development of products on our platform and identify opportunities to integrate AI to streamline processes and elevate the employee experience.
- Proven experience in managing the successful rollout of compensation and benefits programs.
- 10+ years of work experience in a strategy and operations/program manager role at a technology company.
- Preferred candidates will have Total Rewards experience in the technology industry and the ability to understand complex technology problems.
- Experience working on large strategic initiatives, including framing problems, building operational plans, and driving execution to success.
- Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others, with experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $169,500 - $296,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
