Senior Revenue Operations Analyst In this role, you will:
  • Build strong relationships with customer account teams and key stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner on operational and sales incentive topics.

  • Support the growth of customer accounts by coordinating progress and exploratory meetings, gathering insights, and surfacing business issues through the appropriate channels.

  • Collect and analyze data to help define business needs, contribute to business cases, and inform decisions on process improvements, segmentation, and incentive plan design.

  • Coordinate project timelines and task plans, working with colleagues to identify required resources, track progress, and keep stakeholders informed of changes that affect delivery.

  • Administer and validate sales incentive payouts, identifying and resolving discrepancies and answering questions from internal stakeholders on plan rules and calculations.

  • Implement changes to segmentation logic, support territory and portfolio design as a subject matter expert, and conduct analysis of historical sales trends and incentive effectiveness.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related professional experience; we also welcome candidates with a relevant master’s degree and 0–2 years of experience.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Proficient communication skills, with the ability to explain data, processes, and recommendations clearly to a variety of stakeholders.

  • Experience with project management, process design, and change management, including coordinating tasks and timelines across multiple partners.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and familiarity with relational database management systems and data visualization/reporting tools such as Tableau.

  • Comfort working with data to identify patterns, generate insights, and support team decisions related to sales incentives, segmentation, and territory management.

The total cash range for this position in Miami is $73,000.00 to $102,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $117,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
