This role supports the Chief of Staff for the President of the Value-Added Services (VAS) business, driving operational excellence, executive communications, and cross-functional alignment. What We Expect of You Day-to-Day:
- Assist with day-to-day “run-the-business” activities, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and tracking follow-ups.
- Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to improve efficiency and automate manual processes, including, reporting, OKR tracking and other routine operational tasks.
- Compile and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers to monitor key metrics and ensure timely updates.
- Draft and edit presentations, briefing materials, and internal updates for leadership meetings and external forums.
- Partner with teams across Sales, Finance, Product, Strategy and Operations to ensure timely submission of key deliverables.
- Track progress on initiatives, maintain status reports, and proactively flag risks or dependencies.
- Prepare concise updates for leadership and anticipate needs to enable smooth decision-making.
- Manage leadership cadences and calendars, organize documentation, and ensure timely distribution of pre-reads and action items.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience in business operation or a related role, ideally in a large corporate setting.
- Outstanding collaboration, teamwork attitude, and ability to learn.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- AI native-able to use to build upon already existing operations.
- Self-starter
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 110,700.00 to 171,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
