The Senior Business Associate-C13 is a senior level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may coordinate and manage activities such as tracking business financials, resource headcount and other administrative needs as necessary. May manage ad hoc projects as requested.

Work with Senior Management, Recruiting, Finance and the Staffing Office to understand, manage and track headcount, identify hiring and attrition trends and resolve issues as they emerge, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and forecasting headcount.
Develop and enhance headcount reports to support hiring decisions, monthly outlooks and other requests from Foundational Services.
Partner with Finance on the annual budget planning process, monthly outlooks for headcount and identification of expense risks and opportunities.
Support ongoing updates to the Resources@Citi Headcount and Expense Forecasting tool.
Support the request and approval processes for hiring and compensation expense requests.
Communication of Citi Financial Policies and Procedures to Foundational Services Business Execution teams.
Provide ongoing decision support analysis and reporting to Foundational Services Senior Management.
Participate in and provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Drive productivity/cost savings initiatives in partnership with the senior management team.
Complete financial deliverables including monthly forecasts, the annual investment process, headcount reporting and ad hoc requests.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in a financial services role
Analytical ability, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with Senior Management
Strong written communications and presentation skills
Advanced Excel and Access skills, Tableau experience is a plus
A solid team player with the ability to multi- task
Demonstrated track record in providing business execution support to a large-scale organization, and success in managing large, complex budgets / financials.
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
Ability to manage deliverables within aggressive timeframes; ability to cope under time pressures.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree is a plus
