Job Description

Visa’s Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team is accountable for the end to end hiring of people across the region whilst providing thought leadership and consultative direction to our business. We are a team of recruiters dispersed across the region working in close collaboration with our business and community every day. 

What a Talent Acquisition Analyst – Recruiter (Pasay) does at Visa:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units or functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to provide an exceptional hiring experience for both managers and candidates. 
  • Be accountable for all professional-level hiring for the market and/or business function assigned. 
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Management to support successful workforce and succession planning. 
  • Proactively seek ways to innovate and improve recruitment processes, delivering projects and enhancements that positively impact the business and Talent Acquisition team. 
  • Act as a focal point for increasing the diversity of teams through effective sourcing and selection strategies. 
  • Prepare and present data-driven insights and market analysis to inform talent-related decision making. 
  • Utilise AI tools to support market mapping, talent availability analysis, and enhance recruitment outcomes. 
  • Participate in pilots for new tools and contribute to the development of innovative recruitment processes.
  • This role would ideally suit someone who sees themselves as being highly consultative and who enjoys having an impact on business strategy and outcomes.

Qualifications

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, open to both in-house and/or agency environment
  • Proven success managing diverse role portfolios across various skills sets, levels and market experience.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and present actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to adjust to multiple tasks / demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints.
  • A consultative, strategic and solution-oriented approach to how you manage relationships with your stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting practices and trends, including market mapping, pipeline development, and diversity hiring.


What will also help:

  • Experience working in a large, multi-national environment
  • Recruiting experience in the Asia Pacific region, ideally within payments, fintech or financial services
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, and innovative recruitment technologies to enhance hiring outcomes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment and navigate cross-functional relationships.
