Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and administration of the salesforce clouds (280 internal and over 1200 external users) - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud
- Review and triage new requests from end users and perform initial investigation on the technical issues reported.
- Ownership of ‘business as usual’ salesforce maintenance activities such as user/profile/role administration, data quality review, system health checks, environment management and email bounce management
- Expert in report and dashboard creation and who can train internal users on reporting best practices.
- Deployment into higher sandbox and production using Changeset.
- Collaboration with the internal Salesforce team on new feature development by creating technical development cards in Jira.
- Maintenance of the application logging system and ownership of the remediation of any suspicious activities
- Management of third-party tools from AppExchange.
- Management and ongoing improvement of the Salesforce Helpdesk.
- Being the go-to expert on Salesforce capabilities for the Technical Account Management teams and internal stakeholders.
- Staying up to date with latest releases from Salesforce so that we can leverage the newest technology available on the platform.
- Provide SME support of the application during migration to MS Dynamics 365 CRM. Post migration of the application, this role will have the opportunity to select various career growth options such as MS Dynamics developer or Release engineer.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in Sales, Service and preferably Community Cloud
- Deep understanding of the overall Salesforce architecture, including access controls through role hierarchy, sharing rules and profiles.
- Hands on experience configuring Salesforce to suit the needs of different business teams through visibility controls on page layouts, fields, and applications.
- Hands on experience with Flows and process builders
- Successful track record of working with cross-functional teams is essential.
- Experience working in the payments sector a strong advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in either operations support, administration, or application development.
- 1+ year of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Or strong desire to work in MS Dynamics CRM.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) or Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate (MB-210) is preferred.
- Knowledge of setting up and using CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Salesforce CLI or ANT is highly preferred.
- Experience using Confluence or Jira is preferred.
- Possesses excellent planning, problem solving, organisational and issue resolution skills.
- Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities for improvement.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
