Job Details
The NAM (North America) Client Onboarding Senior Analyst is a professional role which applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, strong communication and diplomacy skills. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or others in area of specialization.
Requirements:
- Responsible for close working relationship with Citi stakeholders and external corporate clients across entire account opening and/or maintenance process for (interacting with customers, managing documentation, resolving customer issues)
- Responsible for excessive cooperation with global partners & stakeholders within NAM time shift –2 pm to 10 pm CET, Monday to Friday
- Performs day to day management of the account opening and maintenance processing, including daily management of in-process, pended, and service related activities
- Monitors customer satisfaction and service level and drives process changes
- Takes part in projects in the account services space (all scenarios of account opening and maintenance processing) & ensuring they are fully compliant with internal processes, regulations, policies
- Exposure to customer service and handling of system, testing and rollouts Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance and related cash products preferred
- Good interpersonal communication skills - able to communicate with internal and external business partners
- Demonstrated Project management skill including financial cost management skill
- Able to strive under pressure
- Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken) What we offer:
