Work You'll Do
We are seeking a Business Analyst with proven experience supporting Integrated Eligibility and health and human services (HHS) technology implementations, including the HIV Resource Management System. In this role, the candidate will lead requirements elicitation and definition, manage stakeholders across business and technical teams, develop current- and future-state process maps to drive process improvement, and apply strong analytical thinking to translate complex needs into well-defined solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize Agile methodologies to document epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Facilitate sprint review sessions and stakeholder demos to capture feedback and drive decisions
• Deliver clear presentations and communications tailored to diverse audiences to ensure alignment, delivery readiness and measurable outcomes

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience with Eligibility and Enrollment
• Advanced in Requirements Collection and Management
• Experienced in Agile methodology
• Experienced in Business Process Mapping
• Stakeholder communications
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
