You will be responsible for:
- Develop and lead the infield “Technology & Innovative Managers” team: Build and mentor a team to expand and deepen payer & provider relationships.
- Manage the team responsible for implementing the company onco/hemato products value proposition & brands strategies.
- Responsible for engaging and driving the inclusion of Onco/hemato products into protocols in public and private accounts.
- Articulate predicted payer and payer influencer decision drivers and unmet needs to the brand teams in order to ensure situation analysis is holistic.
- Highlight the cross-functional impacts of anticipated changes in the payer environment to the brand teams in order to further enrich the Brand Team’s anticipation of the future.
- Identify opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to engage in “win : win” partnerships with traditional and non-traditional stakeholders in order to positively influence product access.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in field based leadership roles in Market Access and/or HEOR (Health Economics) within pharma/biotech industry in Brazil
- 5+ years of experience building and managing payer relationships within healthcare – across payers and providers
- Ability to interpret scientific and/or health economics data to assess its relevance to build into targeted value messages
- Experience in Onco/Hematology will be considered a differential
- Availability to travel
