In this role, you’re expected to :

• Drive and support acquisition programs for Cards, Unsecured & Lending products
• Launch of various marketing campaigns to drive new customers, including development of creative assets, copywriting
• Oversee quality assurance and optimization in copywriting used for paid media, landing pages and sitelinks pre and post launch
• Maintain and update contents across our web pages
• Manage day-to-day reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking MIS across channels against target
• Working with vendors/agency to execute timely fulfillments of welcome gifts and incentives
• Work closely with frontline to solve customer inquiries from acquisition programs
• Expense tracking and verification of billing summary from various vendors
• Document and manage quality assurance and record retention as required for internal control processes
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in digital acquisition or marketing of financial services
• Experience and ability to communicate product propositions and services use social media, search engines, interest forums and other online touchpoints as permitted by prevailing regulations
• Experience with wealth, unsecured lending or banking products
• Fluency in English and Cantonese
