Job Description

The Finance Manager, Global Client Services, is responsible for a broad range of financial planning and analytics, primarily supporting the management of Client Services Revenue.  This includes performance tracking and partnering with the business to produce insights that influence better financial outcomes. This role is responsible for leading revenue analytics and reporting for Client Services and partners closely with Regional and Global business and finance teams understand revenue performance and deliver results to the Client Services Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will foster a culture where optimizing performance is a shared responsibility, linking objectives to incentives and maximizing growth opportunities to achieve strategic and financial goals. Promoting a One Visa mindset across multiple stakeholders, encouraging collaboration, and building strong relationships will be critical for success. Excellent communication skills are essential to convert financial outputs into key business insights.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct detailed analysis to provide insights and narratives for revenue and expenses on Client Services.
  • Coordinate revenue reporting inputs from Regional Finance teams and drive monthly/quarterly reviews with business partners
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to drive business decisions and strategic initiatives
  • Design and implement optimized Revenue planning and analyses processes
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and analysis efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Global and Regional teams to gather and validate data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting
  • Strengthen collaboration with stakeholders to ensure coordinated efforts on multi functional projects

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Investment Banking, or Consulting
MBA, CFA, or a Qualified Accountant degree (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent local qualifications) is a plus.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a proactive approach to solving complex business problems through well-structured analyses.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating good judgment, organizational skills, and flexibility to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong written, oral, listening, and presentation abilities.
Capable of working well under pressure and interacting at all levels as a thought partner.
Successful experience in working with large data sets and translating data into actionable insights in a clear and concise manner.


Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 129,200.00 to 187,350.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
