    Position Overview
     

    Senior Device Management Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise device management systems. This includes managing security baselines, compliance reporting, automation, and application packaging across multiple platforms via JAMF  / Intune MDM. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure a secure and seamless end-user experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of device management systems, including Intune and JAMF mobile device management (MDM) other enterprise support elements as required

    • Implement and maintain device compliance policies and security baselines.

    • Create application packages using Microsoft Intune \ JAMF MDM. Ensure packages are compatible with various device types and operating systems

    • Ensure endpoint security controls and compliance with CIS benchmarks.

    • Integrate with Azure Runbooks, MS Graph API, and webhooks for advanced automation

    • Create automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python for device configuration and reporting

    • Hands on experience in device migration from On-premises to cloud

    • Hand on experience Endpoint privilege management

    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members

    • Communicate effectively with employees, management, and vendors

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions

    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and propose ways to leverage them for the benefit of the organization

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

    • 5 – 7 years of Hands-on experience in MDM Tools such as Intune, and Jamf

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences with proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams

    • Primary Skills (Must-have): Intune MDM, Jamf MDM, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, PowerShell, MS Graph api, Azure Automation, Application packaging. shell scripting, Azure , Device Security & Compliance Management

    • Secondary Skills (Good-to-have): MS Defender, Security Copilot, AWS, Windows 365 Virtual machine

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Hand on Experience of developing automation using PowerShell and  Bash scripting

    • Strong understanding of device security principles and best practices

    • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally within and outside of the team

    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

    • Ability to work in Agile environments

    • High sense of urgency and decision-making capability

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
