Job Details
As a Marketing Manager within the European Visa Direct Marketing Team, you will drive demand generation and go-to-market execution. This role focuses on working closely with the sales team, feeding the top of their sales funnel with opportunities generated through strategic campaigns and compelling narratives that resonate with business audiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, account management and the global and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand generation:
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand, awareness and adoption of Visa Direct’s solutions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics based on data-driven insights.
- Content Development & Enablement:
- Partner with content and creative teams to deliver high-quality assets for campaigns and events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, account management, global and regional marketers to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
- Coordinate with global teams to adapt strategies for local market needs.
Market Insights:
- Gather competitive intelligence and customer feedback to inform positioning and GTM strategies.
- Track industry trends and incorporate insights into marketing plans.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, MBA preferred.
- Marketing experience, ideally in B2B or product marketing within payments or financial services.
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy, campaign execution, demand gen and brand awareness.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, experience with analytics and reporting.
