DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

Supports the customer-facing sales force throughout the rhythm of sales—from lead to close—by executing, supporting, and improving selected sales and operational activities under limited supervision. Provides direct fleet sales support, coordinates with fleet technical teams, and contributes to business growth aligned with market potential.

Key Responsibilities Fleet Sales & Business Development

  • Support direct fleet sales and act as a primary point of contact for fleet customers.
  • Connect with and coordinate between the fleet technical team and customers to resolve technical or product-related matters.
  • Drive business growth in line with market trends, customer needs, and sales objectives.

Customer Engagement & Lead Management

  • Respond to customer calls and emails, qualify leads, and route them to the appropriate sales personnel.
  • Participate in customer visits, meetings, and events; take decisions in situations without explicit procedures.
  • Resolve customer issues where applicable and collaborate with internal teams for escalated matters including shipments and after-sales support.

Quotation & Order Processing

  • Prepare budgetary quotes for simple to complex jobs by gathering technical information, lead times, and customer requirements.
  • Receive and process orders, issue order acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping notifications.
  • Communicate order status, inventory updates, and any exceptions to the sales team and customers.

Inventory & Operational Coordination

  • Periodically review and report stock levels, identify gaps, and create orders when required.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure alignment with customer needs and sales demand forecasts.
  • Support branch personnel with retail product sales and day-to-day operational tasks.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Compile and distribute repetitive sales reports using predefined templates.
  • Provide data inputs for forecasting by consolidating internal and external information.
  • Conduct ad-hoc and routine analyses on customer data, competitive insights, market trends, and pricing patterns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Licenses / Certifications:
  • May require specific licensing to comply with export control or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills gained through education, training, or on-the-job exposure—preferably in sales support, fleet sales, customer service, or technical sales operations.
