Job Description

Do you want to kickstart your career in marketing? As a result of a recent promotion in our Specialty Care business unit, we are looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist, Scandinavia.

In this entry level marketing position, you are an important contributor in our Scandinavian Brand Team.  Here, you will collaborate closely with experienced Brand Managers to develop and execute effective marketing materials and campaigns across Scandinavia, with a focus on omnichannel strategies. You will utilize digital marketing opportunities to drive engagement and reach target audiences. You will also support in creating and localizing marketing materials, in compliance with legislation and ethical guidelines.  You will analyse the performance of promotional materials, providing reports and recommendations.  

In this role you will support the Infield team and Manager(s). You will also be the contact person for third party suppliers in the production of marketing materials, etc. 

You will collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and will be reporting to the Business Unit Manager. 

By working closely with senior colleagues, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge that will prepare you for a Brand Manager role in a couple of years.   


Qualifications

We are looking for you who ideally has 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing in a regulated industry.  Alternatively, you have completed relevant internships in sales or marketing functions within a pharmaceutical company or similar.  In addition, you have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field  
  • Successful track record in managing projects and meeting deadlines.  
  • Familiarity with omnichannel marketing strategies 
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, written and oral.

Preferred requirements: 

  • Experience from Pharmaceutical business.  
  • Master's in Business
  • IMA certification /LIF (if you do not have this already, a willingness to complete this certification)
  • Experience with concept development – from idea to execution (branded and unbranded). Tools could include Adobe programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Canva.
  • Experience with organizing and coordinating events, product launches, congresses etc.

The position is located at our Stockholm office, Forskaren - in the wonderful Hagastaden.
