We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our Allergan Aesthetics team on a 14-month maternity leave contract. This field-based role will support accounts in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia.

Join a market-leading aesthetics team supporting some of the most innovative and recognized brands in medical aesthetics. This established territory offers the opportunity to partner with leading aesthetic practices across the Vancouver market while expanding adoption of Allergan Aesthetics’ innovative portfolio.

The Territory Manager acts as a strategic partner to aesthetic practices, supporting business growth through education, portfolio optimization, and practice development while ensuring full compliance with AbbVie policies and industry regulations.  The successful candidate will manage the industry-leading Allergan Aesthetics portfolio, including: Botox Cosmetic, Juvederm, SkinVive, SkinMedica, Latisse, Belkyra and Harmonica.

This role manages a leading aesthetics portfolio spanning injectables, medical-grade skincare, and providing the opportunity to partner with practices across multiple high-growth categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance & Territory Growth

  • Achieve or exceed territory sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans informed by market insights, customer needs, and performance metrics.
  • Create and implement call plans across the full product portfolio to maximize customer engagement and business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate adaptability while managing multiple initiatives and competing priorities across the portfolio.

Customer Engagement & Practice Development

  • Build strong partnerships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetic physicians, nurses and aesthetic clinics.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to support practice growth and optimize product utilization.
  • Demonstrate strong selling fundamentals including:
    • Strategic pre-call planning.
    • Customer credentialing and needs assessment.
    • Presentation delivery with visual materials.
    • Objection handling and closing.
    • Follow-up and account development.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and treatment protocols.
  • Partner with aesthetic practices to support patient demand generation, treatment adoption, and practice development initiatives.

Product & Clinical Expertise

  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio and competitive landscape.
  • Deliver product education through in-office training, group presentations, and educational events.
  • Demonstrate expertise discussing clinical studies, product differentiation, and aesthetic market trends.
  • Convey consistent differentiating messaging across the portfolio and maintain strong technical fluency across Allergan and competitive products.

Territory Management & Business Planning

  • Analyze territory metrics to identify opportunities and inform business decisions.
  • Utilize business tools and reporting systems including Excel, PowerPoint, and salesforce.
  • Manage territory resources responsibly and respond promptly to corporate requests.
  • Optimize corporate resources and territory budgets to maximize business impact.

Collaboration & Strategic Alignment

  • Execute marketing strategies effectively across the product portfolio and understand the sales execution role within the broader marketing strategy.
  • Provide field insights and feedback to marketing and leadership teams to support strategy development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and regional colleagues to maximize account planning and business outcomes.

Professionalism & Compliance

  • Demonstrate integrity, accountability, flexibility, and sound judgment in all interactions.
  • Operate in full compliance with AbbVie policies, industry regulations, and travel/expense guidelines.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment while contributing to the success of the Allergan Aesthetics organization.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 -3 years of specialty pharmaceutical or aesthetic industry sales experience.
  • Experience calling on physicians, aesthetic clinics, or medical practices strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Essential Skills & Abilities

  • Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Ability to travel within the territory and attend occasional evening or weekend educational events.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport required.

*** The compensation range indicated for this position is shared in accordance with local laws/disclosure requirements and reflects the typical base salary offer spectrum. Final base salary decisions are made individually, considering each candidate’s experience, qualifications, job responsibilities, and an internal equity assessment to maintain fairness within the organization.
