About the Role

As a Maintenance Mechanic at Nestlé, you’ll be essential in keeping our production environment operating at its best. You’ll apply your mechanical and electrical skillset to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across both production lines and facility systems.

Compensation Details

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $29.50 - $32/hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Shift Information

This shift is a 12 hour, 2-2-3 schedule - must be available to work weekends and/or holidays.  Hours are 6P to 630A. 

What You’ll Do

- Repair and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment

- Service conveyors, motors, gear drives, pneumatic units, compressors, boilers

- Use testing devices and hand tools

- Interpret blueprints and diagrams

- Install, dismantle, and modify machinery

- Preventative and predictive maintenance

- Support other mechanics

- Follow GMP and regulatory standards

What You’ll Bring

- High school diploma or GED

- Ability to meet Nestlé testing requirements

- Intermediate math and attention to detail

- Lockout/Tagout knowledge

- Ability to read documentation

- GMP familiarity

- Mechanical and electrical skills

- Communication skills

Physical & Environmental Expectations

• Exposure to refrigerated conditions, steam, hot surfaces, loud environments, humidity, temperature changes, confined spaces.
• Lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing.
