We are seeking a strategic and analytical Sales Operations Manager to enable our Commercial Print sales organization to operate at peak efficiency and effectiveness. This role serves as a critical bridge between sales leadership, operations, and supporting functions, driving revenue growth through data-driven insights, process optimization, and technology enablement.

About the Role

In this role as a Sales Operations Manager, you will:

Strategic Planning & Enablement

  • Help develop and maintain territory and quota models that optimize sales coverage and performance

  • Support annual and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure accurate revenue planning

  • Partner with sales leadership to design and execute go-to-market strategies

  • Drive initiatives to build sales enablement tools and dashboards that empower the sales team

  • Lead change management programs and process improvement initiatives

  • Manage special projects that advance sales operational excellence

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaign materials and support promotional initiatives.


Sales Analytics & Planning

  • Provide data-driven analysis to support territory planning and optimization

  • Assist in quota setting processes that balance ambition with achievability

  • Monitor capacity planning to ensure appropriate sales resource allocation

  • Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy

  •  Deliver regular insights and actionable recommendations to leadership

Sales Technology & Systems

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce CRM

  • Lead and manage a team of 3 estimators, providing guidance and oversight to ensure accurate and timely project estimates

  • Drive advancement of IQuote and related estimating systems

  • Optimize processes and enforce best practices across sales systems

  •  Collaborate with Technology/Systems teams on tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight) enhancements, integrations, and system changes

  • Partner with the Enablement team to drive tool adoption, create training materials, and provide ongoing support.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Power BI

  • Create executive-level reporting that provides visibility into sales performance and trends

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels

About You

You're a fit for the Sales Operations Manager role if your background includes:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related analytical roles

  • Strong proficiency with sales (CRM, etc) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

  • Demonstrated ability to develop territory models, quota plans, and sales forecasts

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving change management initiatives

  • Strong business acumen with understanding of sales processes and GTM strategies

  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; MBA is a plus

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $100,100 USD - $185,900 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
