As a Facilities and Grounds Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic and operational integrity of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Industrial Painting: Prepare surfaces and select appropriate paints to ensure high-quality results.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform essential maintenance on equipment related to building and grounds upkeep.
• Seasonal Responsibilities: Manage snow removal during winter months, ensuring safe environments for everyone.

The ideal candidate will possess some or all of the following skills and attributes:

• Independence and Attention to Detail: Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards.
• Strong Communication Skills: Effectively interact with team members and management.
• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with technology to complete daily work orders.
• Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing excellent service.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to address electrical and mechanical issues.
• Versatility in Maintenance Tasks: Experience in carpentry, drywall installation, plumbing, and masonry.

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Training: Company-paid training at Sherwin Williams upon hire.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
