Mission statement:
We are seeking an experienced Automations and Communications Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. The role involves supporting the process and automations requirements of the Global Communications Shared Services Team and other related teams. The specialist will also assist the Shared Service Excellence Team Leads in enhancing the stakeholder experience and improving the team’s efficiency.
Your responsibilities:
You will work with Shared Service Excellence Team Leads to connect the dots between process, data, people, and technology across the value chain, develop frameworks and solutions to foster a Continuous Improvement Culture and collaborate with the Digital Tools Manager, IT to assist in the development and execution of user acceptance testing plans.
You will ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of automation solutions and work with the Digital Tools Manager and IT to help the team transition automation solutions into regular operations, ensuring a seamless handover of knowledge and appropriate documentation.
You will create and implement training programs to provide support and guidance to business users during enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives, ensure that automation solutions adapt to evolving business needs.
You will monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions continuously, both during the stabilization period and after implementation, identify potential bottlenecks and address concerns that may impact efficiency or accuracy.
You will act as a subject matter expert, providing recommendations and best practices for automation and process improvement projects and assist in the timely and successful execution of all projects and deliverables within the Global Communications Shared Services Team.
The implementation of automation strategies will streamline this process is essential and drive the delivery and implementation of Process Improvement projects across the function and throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding).

Your background:
You hold university degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in managing projects, identifying key milestones, and implementing automation strategies to enhance process efficiency.
Advanced certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a global team from a remote location.
