- 5 years of legal work experience in a law firm, government, or in-house legal department.
- Experience supporting or working with board members and executive-level in a fluid environment.
- Experience with Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).

- Ability to convey information to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fluid environment.

- Assist with Alphabet’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, including Section 16 filings, Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and proxy statements.
- Support Alphabet’s compliance and training activities related to various corporate policies and activities, including the Policy Against Insider Trading and 10b5-1 Trading Plans.
- Assist with the due diligence requests from independent auditors and in connection with ongoing litigation requests.
