Our Impact:Provide development support (software development/ enhancements and production support) for applications supporting our Operational Resiliency Business for Process Modeling, Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Planning
Your Impact:This role is accountable for on-time, high quality software project deliverables including Analysis, Design, Development and Quality Assurance. The role strongly influences enabling technology solutions, and investigates new opportunities to integrate with other applications within the eco-system to deliver value.
Qualifications:Bachelor Degree from an accredited university with coursework in Business, Information Technology, or Engineering.
2 - 4 years of Salesforce hands-on experience with configuration and customization of Salesforce
Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer
Experience with APIs and application integrations
Understand complex business requirements and be able to convert to technical solution.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Able to navigate through a large corporate environment and ensure appropriate processes are met.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly-complex environment using leading-edge technology.
Able to provide expert insight into technical design documents
Excellent analytical, organization, project, and time management skills, strong judgement, and ability to work effectively with team members, other technology personnel and the vendor.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present to the target audience.
Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.
Ability to assert ideas and gain support and commitment from others.
Thrives in an environment with changing priorities.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $94,000 - $140,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
