Job Details
The Consultant, Fintech Partnerships will support strategic initiatives and partner engagements with Big Tech and Fintech players across India and South Asia. This role contributes to the growth of mobile contactless payments and digital solutions in the region. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to help drive execution across projects, pilots, and partner interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing initiatives that promote mobile contactless payment adoption in India and South Asia.
- Support relationship management efforts with key partners by helping identify needs and aligning them with Visa’s offerings.
- Contribute to deal structuring, product rollout support, and market research to enable successful project execution.
- Participate in solutioning and pilot programs, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of strategic priorities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform team decisions and identify emerging opportunities.
Reporting Responsibilities:
- Help prepare reports on partnership activities, project progress, and market insights.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying trends and improvement areas.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with analytics teams.
- Present data in a clear, concise format to support internal decision-making.

Qualifications
- Masters’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in payments, business development, or strategy, preferably in fintech or technology.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with digital payments and mobile technologies in India and South Asia.
- Curiosity and comfort working with data and reporting tools.
