R-100133 Account Manager, Private Label Solutions (Gurgaon)

You will grow and manage a segment of accounts by directly owning relationships or supporting deeper partnerships. The role focuses on analyzing business and operational performance to identify optimization opportunities, ensuring effective service delivery, and executing account strategies. You will collaborate across teams and regions, communicate technical and operational insights, and contribute to sharing best practices to drive account growth.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant

  • Proficient in English and the local market language

  • A strong communicator with solid sales and relationship management skills

  • Experienced in portfolio management, account management, upselling, and cross-selling

  • Customer-focused with a good understanding of business, financial, and operational impact

  • Curious and growth-oriented, with interest in learning products, contracts, and negotiation processes

  • Comfortable handling objections, building consensus, and engaging multiple stakeholders

  • Aware of market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with customer account teams and key decision-makers

  • Identify and create growth opportunities through progress meetings and discovery conversations

  • Understand, document, and communicate customer business needs and challenges

  • Recommend relevant products, services, and insights aligned to customer goals

  • Support development of business cases, value propositions, and solution recommendations

  • Analyze costs, benefits, risks, and financial impact of proposed solutions

  • Learn and apply contract terms, negotiation processes, and when to partner with legal teams

  • Manage service delivery and communicate technical and operational implications

  • Develop working knowledge of products, technologies, and competitive offerings

  • Track and assess performance metrics against customer expectations

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and share best practices across teams and regions
