    • Design shared patterns, workflows, and frameworks that enable multiple product teams to build cohesive experiences

    • Translate user research, platform strategy, and cross-team requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

    • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers across teams to align on platform needs, constraints, and opportunities. Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to validate platform solutions and inform iteration

    • Create and maintain design documentation, patterns, and guidelines that support adoption and long-term platform evolution

    • Present design work clearly to stakeholders and leadership, articulating platform tradeoffs, impact, and vision

    • Champion best practices in UX, accessibility, and inclusive design across the platform ecosystem

    • Contribute to team culture through critique, mentorship, and collaboration

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years of professional UX or product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work

    • Demonstrated experience designing for SaaS platforms, including work that spans multiple products or teams

    • Proven ability to lead end-to-end design processes, from discovery and ideation through delivery

    • Strong proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools

    • Experience translating complex, cross-team requirements into clear, scalable design solutions

    • Experience planning, conducting, and applying user research and usability testing

    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders

    • Comfort working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience designing for iOS or mobile platforms
