Job overview:
Provide Customer Service in a Call Center or other area of the operations to assigned customers and
accounts. Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time
deliveries, complete order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle order processing:
● Print out order received from CSE, check and match order, Fulfill order form, add loss, highlight
information.
● Input material checking file, input additional label checking file with Prepress.
● Send OCF to OE for inputting order in the system.
● Revise promised date/request date in system in case order changed, order held, update weekly
shipment list.
● Collect packing list from Trim system and send out to customers as guidelines from CSE.
2. Coordinate with other departments:
● Communicate with internal departments for the arrangement of shipment, esp on Saturday.
● To work as a team with CSE to ensure the order process is handled smoothly.
● Back-up team-members when workload makes this necessary.
● Collaborate within the team & another team to clear-off orders pending daily.
3. Check and audit:
● Cross check order before transferring CS to avoid wrong key-in.

● College degree and above.
● At least 01 working experience years.
● Strong written, verbal skills in English - Chinese bilingual.
● Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and
function specific software.
● Good data entry and organizational skills.
● Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills.
