Your Mission: Be the Analytics Bridge Between India and the US CitiGold Business

We are looking for a leader in Bengaluru who embodies four key roles in one: a trusted partner to our US business heads, an ironclad delivery manager, a dedicated people mentor, and an analytics transformation leader.

Your mission is to be the vital analytics link between our Bengaluru center of excellence and the US CitiGold business. You will lead a high-performing team in India to deliver the insights, metrics, and intelligence that drive banker performance and shape marketing strategy for our US stakeholders. You are the senior leader on the ground who ensures seamless collaboration and strategic alignment across time zones.

How You'll Lead and Make an Impact:

Your leadership will be demonstrated through your ability to drive outcomes for a business halfway around the world.

1. As a Trusted Partner to US Leadership: You will build and own the relationship with your onshore business partners, becoming their most trusted analytics advisor.

• You'll Define Their Success Metrics: You will collaborate closely with US stakeholders to define and institutionalize the key performance metrics for their bankers, including critical measures like Net New Investment Assets.
• You'll Inform the CEO Leadership Team: You will own the design and oversight of the weekly Line of Business sales performance report, ensuring our US-based Wealth CEO leadership has a clear and accurate view of business momentum, delivered from your team in Bengaluru.

2. As an Analytics & AI Transformation Leader: You will be the engine driving innovation for the US business from our analytics hub in India.

• You'll Drive Smarter US Marketing: You will be the architect behind our US campaign intelligence, designing the targeting rules for marketing and sales campaigns to effectively drive Investment X-sell and deepen client relationships.

3. As an Ironclad Delivery Manager: You will be the bedrock of reliability, ensuring your US partners have complete confidence in the intelligence your team provides.

• You'll Own the BI Production Engine: You will manage the end-to-end production of all regular Business Intelligence reports for the US CitiGold business, ensuring flawless execution and maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and timeliness from your Bengaluru-based team.

4. As a Dedicated People Mentor: You will build and lead a world-class analytics team in Bengaluru.

• You'll Cultivate Global Talent: You will lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics professionals, preparing them for global careers and fostering a culture of excellence. Your leadership will be key to making Bengaluru a powerhouse of analytics talent for Citi.

You Are the Leader We're Looking For If:

• You have 12-15 years in analytics, with deep experience in Retail Wealth Management, Affluent Banking, or Consumer Financial Services.
• You are a proven leader with at least 5 years of experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• You have a proven track record of building trust and credibility with senior, onshore business partners, acting as a seamless bridge between US strategy and India-based execution.
• You excel at managing relationships and projects across different time zones and cultures.
• You are a master storyteller with data, using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Your technical depth is solid—with flawless SQL and hands-on experience in Python or R.
• You have an unwavering commitment to delivery, quality, and operational excellence, especially in a global delivery model.
