CX Data Analyst – Customer Experience

About the Role
In this opportunity as Customer Experience Data Analyst, you will:
Support and help drive end‑to‑end CX survey and data operations, including survey deployments, data preparation, validation, and reporting
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of CX and survey data across in‑scope programs
Build, test, and maintain predictive models using CX, survey, and operational datasets to generate forward‑looking insights and actionable recommendations
Apply forecasting techniques to predict experience outcomes and inform proactive interventions
Produce recurring and ad‑hoc dashboards, reports, and insight summaries for CX and business stakeholders
Collaborate with partners to enhance and refine predictive models over time (accuracy, stability, business relevance)
Support continuous improvement of data processes, automation, and analytical capabilities to strengthen CX measurement and insights
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Customer Experience Data Analyst if you:
Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience working with customer, survey, or operational data in an analytics role
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Hands‑on experience building AI/ML models (not only consuming outputs), including model development and iteration across structured CX/survey data
Experience with predictive modeling and forecasting approaches to generate forward‑looking insights
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, BI tools)
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders
