Led by Visa’s Chief Data Officer, the Global Data Office coordinates high-impact, complex, company-wide projects related to data business strategy, critical investments, policy development, and marketplace execution. Working closely with Visa’s Chief Privacy Officer, the Technology organization, Government Solutions, the wider data community, and the full set of Visa’s global lines of business, the Global Data Office is evolving Visa’s data and AI-related work with momentum and enthusiasm. Driven by its commitment to trusted use of data and AI, Visa is seeking enthusiastic leaders who are change agents and passionate about the future of data around the world.

Role Overview

Visa is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager, Data Products to drive innovation and growth across our Government & Merchant Data Products portfolio. This role focuses on building and scaling external, client‑facing, commercial data and AI‑powered products that deliver actionable insights, recommendations, and measurable business outcomes for customers.

You will own product strategy and execution end‑to‑end—from ideation through commercialization—working directly with clients and cross‑functionally with engineering, data science, AI, privacy, legal, and go‑to‑market teams. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and demonstrated experience building and launching AI‑enabled product features that have been adopted by external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for external, client‑facing commercial data and AI products, aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and Visa’s business objectives
  • Lead the full product lifecycle—from concept and pilot through commercial launch, client adoption, and ongoing optimization
  • Drive the definition and delivery of AI‑enabled features, partnering closely with data science and engineering teams to translate models into production‑ready product capabilities
  • Engage directly with clients and partners to capture requirements, validate use cases, and influence product direction and adoption
  • Support go‑to‑market execution, including pricing, positioning, and product messaging for commercial data and AI‑powered solutions
  • Define and track product success metrics (e.g., adoption, revenue impact, client outcomes), using data to guide prioritization and tradeoffs
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and outcomes with clarity and executive presence to senior leaders, clients, and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
