1. This is  a key role in Tech risk remediation and  related to Cybersecurity vulnerabilities across wealth Tech ,   this role is responsible   of providing technology solutions (across the design, modification and exit of products) and automation, including review  solutions provided from other teams or from third parties, Working hand in hand with stakeholders, take Technology programs from investment decisions, into design, specification and engineering solutions, and work hand in hand with  teams to deliver the solutions.

2. This role is required to oversee the framework of risk remediation, implementing the solutions which will help to bring down open vulnerabilities  related to cybersecurity , VTM, Third party software, data base, Component Vulnerabilities, Static Build Testing , Container vulnerabilities , Cryptographic\Ciphers  etc

3. This role is required to work automation of cyber security risk , which will bring  efficiency and standardization and help to keep risk metrics in appetite.

4. In collaboration  with CTI,IS, IT Teams, and Risk and control , this role will create integrated risk mitigation execution approach for the respective work areas of Application Framework ,OS, Middleware, Messaging , Virtualization ,Databases . This role will ensure transparency and accountability by regular risk reporting to senior management  ,these will further securing Citi's applications for future. 

5. the role will be empowered  to manage operational tasks, such as risk identification and remediation, and  skilled to mentorship  internal teams.

6 .The role requires sound understanding of Risk Mitigation approaches for Technology risks related to Application Framework, Blackduck and Snyk and checkmarx , Compliance and Governance knowledge, Cross -functional collaboration. Additionally this role need  in-depth understanding of Technology which include tech stacks of modern techs like Cloud infrastructure  &  Devops and same time legacy technologies, good understanding of security protocols and cybersecurity standards.

6 .This role need to manage  challenges of Security vulnerabilities and breaches, third party risks and regulatory changes , same time need to manage Audit Cycles, Technology patches and upgrades.

 7. This role need to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities which includes  conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs or user areas

8. Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users

9.Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards negotiating with external parties when necessary

Qualifications:

10-12 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry

Experience as Applications Development Manager,

Experience as senior level in an Applications Development role.

Deep Understanding of programming language Java ,Python , Databases Oracle , MS SQL, Mongodb and software design principles .

Stakeholder and people management experience and excellent communication skills.

Demonstrated leadership  skills

Proven project management skills

Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Master’s degree preferred
