We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Global Employee Relations Reporting & Analytics, Vice President  - Hybrid based in Mumbai, India. 

The Global Employee Relations Reporting & Analytics,Vice President, plays a senior execution and delivery role within the Global Employee Relations and HR Policy Center of Excellence (CoE). This role is responsible for leading the execution of global ER reporting, analytics, and automation in alignment with established strategy and priorities, ensuring high-quality insights and consistent delivery across regions.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in data transformation and visualization, strong judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a global, fast paced, and highly sensitive environment. This role reports to the Head of Reporting & Analytics for Employee Relations and is a senior-level individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of global ER reporting and analytics aligned to established strategy, priorities, and governance standards.

  • Deliver senior leader–ready analysis and insights that support decision-making related to risk exposure, workload prioritization, and capacity planning.

  • Build, maintain, and enhance automated reporting solutions using Power Query and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

  • Analyze global ER case volumes, aging, and issue trends to support resourcing decisions and proactive risk mitigation.

  • Produce accurate operational and qualitative reporting on investigations and disciplinary actions, identifying patterns and emerging trends.

  • Maintain global ER reporting standards, definitions, and data quality controls to ensure consistency across regions.

  • Partner with regional ER Heads and stakeholders to provide data-driven analysis and ad hoc analytical support.

  • Develop briefing materials, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders and the Employee Relations senior leadership team, as required.

  • Escalate key risks, trends, and insights to the Head of Reporting & Analytics, with clear recommendations and options.

  • Apply strong judgment when handling highly sensitive or confidential data related to conduct, investigations, and policy matters.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve automation efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics roles.

  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

  • Advanced hands-on experience with Excel and Power Query, including data transformation, automation, and performance optimization.

  • Experience working with large datasets, including data cleaning, validation, and managing incomplete or inconsistent data.

  • Solid understanding of data transformation processes, including merging datasets, aggregating data, and creating derived variables.

  • Ability to translate business information and operational needs into clear reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights.

  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar querying languages preferred but not required.

  • Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.

  • Highly collaborative with strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of data accuracy and quality.

  • Proven judgment and decision-making skills, particularly in complex or sensitive situations.

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
